Progressing Past Beginner Acro

This 7 week training program is designed for those that want to progress their acro skills from the beginner level to the intermediate. You can expect to learn different acro balances, limbering/walkover skills and handstands, build your strength and endurance, and safely progress your leg, bridge, and back flexibility. Together we will create personal goals and work towards individual and group milestones.
Minimum requirements: bridge hold for 10 seconds, handstand kick up at the wall (both sides), headstand at the wall or in the centre for 10 seconds, and 30 second plank hold.
You will need: 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair or folded panel mat, and some wall space.
