This Beginner Acro 3-week is designed for those that want to start their acro training and build a strong foundation for future training! You can expect to learn basic acro balances, handstand technique, build strength and endurance, and progress flexibility safely.
You will need: 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair, resistance band, and some wall space.
