Summer Session: Intermediate Acro Training (Permission Only)

THIS CLASS IS NOT OPEN FOR NEW REGISTRANTS. THIS CLASS IS FULL AND IS ONLY SHOWING AS OPEN WHILE THE EXISTING DANCERS SIGN UP FOR IT THROUGH THIS NEW PLATFORM. IF YOU WERE NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN THIS CLASS PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP.
This Summer Intensive training program is designed for those that want to progress their acro skills to the advanced level. You can expect to learn different acro balances, limbering/walkover skills and handstands, build strength and endurance, and progress bridge & back flexibility safely. We will also be goal setting and working towards personal goals.
Minimum requirement: bridge down and recover, handstand kick up at the wall (both sides), head stand (10 seconds), 10 V-Snaps, 1 minute plank.
You will need: 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair, resistance band, foam roller, and some wall space.
