Summer Session: Advanced Acro Training (Permission Only)

During this Summer Intensive program, you can expect to work on different acro balances, limbering/walkover skills, variations and handstands, build strength and endurance, and progress contortion skills safely. We will also be goal setting and working towards personal goals. A strong understanding of safe training and the importance of proper technique is required.
You will need: 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair, resistance band, foam roller, ankle weights and some wall space. Handstand Blocks & Canes are optional!
Minimum requirement: slow bridge down and recover, front & back kick walkover (both sides), headstand hold (1 min), elbow stand (1 min), chest stand straight up (30+ secs), handstand balance in the centre (10+ secs).
