August Session: Balances & Variations

Strengthen your handstands and Acro balances with drills, challenges, and variations that target your endurance, flexibility, and stability! Participants should be comfortable holding a handstand at the wall for 15 seconds and holding a headstand in the centre for 10 seconds. You will need a yoga mat, a water bottle, two yoga blocks, and some wall space!
