Get that upper body strong and stretched in this 45-minute class! Stabilise those shoulders, increase your confidence, improve mobility & flexibility, and release tension in your shoulders and upper back. This class is beneficial for all, whether you spend all day balancing on your hands or hunched over a keyboard!
You will need: wall space, yoga mat, at least 2 yoga blocks, folding chair.
