Work on mobility & strength exercises to improve mobility and release tension in your shoulders and upper back. This class is good for everyone, whether you spend all day balancing on your hands or hunched over a keyboard!
You will need: wall space, yoga mat, at least 2 yoga blocks, foam roller, folding chair.
