Drop-In: Intermediate Handstands

Work on your handstand drills and progressions for straight up, tuck and straddle handstand at the wall, or challenge yourself in the centre. Begin your press to handstand journey. Learn different combos to improve your endurance and control. This is a Level 2 class. Take Handstands twice a week for more progress: Mondays & Wednesdays 8:30 PM.
You will need some wall space, a yoga mat and don't forget your water bottle!
