End your busy day with a calming and restorative practice for both your mind and body. Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas (poses) each held for longer than in a hatha/vinyasa yoga as exercise classes with the support of props to relax the body, reduce stress, and prepare for pranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Skill requirements: All levels and ages welcome.

You will need: Yoga mat, at least 2 yoga blocks, foam roller, folding chair, bolster/pillows, towels, optional: eye pillow. Modifications will be given for props if they are unavailable to the participant.
