July/August Session: Conditioning for Inter/Adv Acro

Elevate your acro practice with targeted conditioning! This 30 minute class uses low-impact bodyweight exercises to develop a well-balanced body that trains efficiently and effectively. Every class will include exercises to increase your endurance, flexibility, and overall strength. Modifications available for all participants. You will need some wall space, a yoga mat, yoga blocks, ankle weights, and your water bottle! Optional: Ankle weights, light to medium strength Theraband, or 1-2 lbs weights.
