Virtual Teen/Adult Acrobatics
Fall Session: Intermediate Acro Training (Permission Only)

This Intermediate acro training program is designed for those that want to progress their acro skills to the advanced level. You can expect to learn different acro balances, limbering/walkover skills and handstands, build strength and endurance, and progress bridge & back flexibility safely. We will also be goal setting and working towards personal goals.
Minimum requirement: bridge down and recover, handstand kick up at the wall (both sides), head stand (10 seconds), 10 V-Snaps, 1 minute plank.
You will need: 2 yoga blocks, yoga/acro mat, folding chair, resistance band, foam roller, and some wall space.
